• Developed the strategy for the redesign of P&G’s website for CoverGirl.com. Cheryl directed the research and the
strategy sessions to improve the customer experience and integrate a streamlined approach to e-commerce. Cheryl’s responsibility began with the evaluation of Covergirl’s overall marketing strategy and assets such as America’s Next Top Model, celebrity Covergirl model positioning, in-store promotions, makeup artists, video, mobile and social
media. The resulting program included the concepts and development of the new ColorMatching Makeup Selector, Department Store Product Matching system, improved interface for product detail pages and payment model, and related campaigns utilizing mobile applications and in-store ties. Phase one of the site launched December 2010.

Working with the team at G2i and CoverGirl, Cheryl developed the strategy for the redesign of P&G's
website for CoverGirl.com. Cheryl directed the research and discovery sessions to improve the customer experience and
integrate a streamlined approach to e-commerce. Her responsibility began
with the evaluation of Covergirl's marketing strategy, analytics and existing assets such
as America's Next Top Model, celebrity Covergirl model positioning, in-store
promotions, makeup artists, video, mobile and social media.
The resulting program included the redesign of the web site, concepts and
development of the new ColorMatching Makeup Selector, My CoverGirl Account area, Department Store Product
Matching system, improved interface for product detail pages and payment model,
and related campaigns utilizing mobile applications and in-store ties.
